Return Policy (Updated 6/20/08)All watches are sold with a 7 day inspection period for authenticity and description. Should a return of any kind be necessary ( we are not perfect and sometimes a flaw or discrepancy slips by us), you must notify us via telephone within seven (7) days of receipt of the watch. Should you choose to return your watch for any reason other than a disputed authenticity or description issue and we agree to a return, and you fail to notify us within the seven (7) day window noted above, a ten (10% to 20%) percent restocking fee will be applied-- a discretionary fee upon varying circumstances. .Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We do not have a return clause for "buyer's remorse" or "change of heart". We will work with you in every way possible in need of a return, but please be aware it may incur expenses and time is of the essence ( watches must be returned to Music City Watch in the exact condition they were delivered within 3 business days of initial 7 day notification). Refunds are issued by company check via US mail within 3 days of a watch's approved return and delivery of return, or by Credit card refund if paid initially through a credit card checkout..
All watches are in good running order unless noted otherwise.

We accept only bank wire transfer or cashiers check or personal checks (these will be held for 14 to 21 days for collection of secured funds before shipping), or if you choose to Pay by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover , we utilize a secure credit card internet service ------you DO NOT have to furnish us with your secure information. ***Restrictions may apply and some watches are not eligible for payment via credit card--(many watches are priced with payment by cashier check or wire transfer only).On Shipments on purchases over $2500, shipment of item will occur once the funds have been securely credited to our bank account.
"HOLDS" on a watch require a 10% deposit and balance must be funded within 3 business days. Hold deposits are considered partial payment and will applied towards the final purchase price. They are not refundable but can be applied towards other merchandise marketed by this company.
For some purchases over $4000 excluding sport models--we often do offer "cash" discounts on select models (cashiers check, direct bank wire transfer or cash). Please phone or e-mail for confirmations and different arrangements.
Taxes
Tennessee residents must add 9.25% sales tax or provide a tax resale certificate. All shipments outside Tennessee are exempt from Tennessee sales tax.International Orders
Music City Watch Company is not able to accept international orders.
Shipping
All watches are shipped UPS 2 day air insured for the purchase value of the watch . We carefully wrap and disguise each package to insure no one but the recipient knows a watch is enclosed in the package.
