If during the first 12 months--365 DAYS of ownership (sold after June 18, 2009), a major mechanical part fails or breaks due to wear or use, we will replace the part and repair the watch at no charge. Each watch will be marked in its description if it has a guarantee or if it does not have a guarantee .... notation of: guarantee (WG) or no guarantee (NG) or limited guarantee(30m days) (LG). A TWO year complete guarantee is available on most watches for $175 and a one year guarantee for water resistance to 100 meters is available for an additional $100.
Our watchmaker checks and in all cases, examines each Rolex for authenticity and then (by customer request) checks each Oyster case Rolex for "water resistance" in a Bergeron pressure testing machine . Music City Watch does not guarantee the watch to be "water proof."
"Water proof" encompasses negligence--our watches are "water resistant" and a guarantee for water resistance can be purchased for a minimal fee. We guarantee the preowned Rolex's we sell to be mechanically sound and to keep accurate time unless otherwise noted.. All Rolex Watches have been inspected, authenticated, and sealed securely by a trained watchmaker.
Unless stated in a specific watch description, watches do not have boxes, accessories, papers, or manufacturer's warranty. Unless specifically stated, all guarantees are issued by Music City Watch . Some watches may be excluded . Please be sure to inquire about exact coverage on the watch you are interested in. All watches marked in Red as SPECIAL are sold "as is", exactly as described in each individual listing.
Any repair performed by a third party will NOT approved by Music City Watch . Under no circumstances will a third party customer repair bill be reimbursed .
The Customer is responsible for one-way shipping charges. Music City Watch will return your timepiece using the same or equivalent shipping method (i.e. overnight, second day, third day) at his expense.
As of 10/01/09, all watches sold and advertised as "Unworn Models " can only be returned for "store credit" less restocking fee.
This guarantee is not transferable .
Breakage from excessive misuse, accident, chemicals, water intrusion and general abuse are excluded.
This guarantee does not apply to items that are auctioned on separate auction venues and does not apply to non-Rolex items.
